Hotel Flamingo - Lisbon

I stayed for 3 nights while exploring nearby attractions like Rossio Square and Praca do Comercio, which were easily walkable. My room was clean and not noisy, which was great for catching up on rest after long days of sightseeing. I did struggle with the air conditioning, which was a bit too warm, and the breakfast left much to be desired. it met my needs for a short trip to the city.

I liked the place, it was neat & the staff were very very helpful and amazingly friendly. Booked king room in storage space. The location was very central, magnificent in a very high end area. Had lunch/dinner at Varanda da Uniao, which I found a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel...

We asked for the twin room in the inside patio and it was ready when arrived. The employees were helpful and amazingly friendly.

The setting was very very poor.

The room had a decently sized fridge, which came in handy for keeping drinks cool while I explored the area. The high-speed internet access was a bonus, keeping me connected when I needed to check up on my ship's status.

The bathroom was a major letdown with its inadequate water pressure and a sink that was not user-friendly. I encountered unpleasant odors lingering in the room, which really detracted from the experience, and a consistent struggle to find sufficient hot water . The noise level from other guests was problematic, resulting in restless nights despite the otherwise manageable environment.

Good location, 10 minutes walk from marques de pombal subway station. Amoreiras shopping center not far from the hotel. We loved flamingo.

Good location, close to Avenida da Liberdade. Simple hotel-right choice for those who are keen on sightseeing and view hotel only as a place for sleeping. Room is good.

Not very friendly staff. No AC and when open the window, it's getting too noisy coz the room overlooks the busy cty street. A bit too small bathroom - may be inconvenient for big people. Dull bfast-very limited choice of food and no variety.

The friendly reception staff made a great first impression, quickly answering our questions and accommodating our requests. The location facilitated easy exploration of the center, and while the air conditioning worked well, the room itself felt quite small and dated. The mattress was uncomfortably hard, which impacted our sleep quality. Breakfast was not up to par. The limited selection lacked freshness and variety, particularly the orange juice mix that felt artificial.

Excellent location near the metro and bus stops, which facilitates city tours: city centre is 2 stops away. Staff are happy to assist with information and services. Clean and convenient room. Excellent value for money!

Breakfast is continental plus scrambled eggs, and is good. I missed the vegetables... WiFi is expensive, 5 eur per hour: could be free...

comfortable bed but dated room

The bed provided a good night's sleep, essential after a long day of exploring. The location made it easy to enjoy various nearby attractions and transportation. The staff were cute and very responsive to my inquiries.

The overall condition of the room felt outdated, impacting the overall comfort.

The location was a major win,, just a short stroll to the metro and the Marques de Pombal area made getting around super easy. The staff were friendly and always willing to help you out with questions.

A hidden gem for budget travelers with reliable wi-fi and warm service

Fantastic location near public transport and clean rooms. Reception staff were super understanding and accommodating. The standard breakfast had delicious pastries, perfect for a great start to your day.

Bathroom was cramped with toilet moved into corner right next to sink to make room for addition of a bidet.

Maybe the variety of dishes for breakfast... as there was no yoghurt or similar products served for breakfast.
